PieTisserie Joins the Shrimp & Grits Taste-Off to Offer Delectable Dessert Options After an Evening of Shrimp, Grits & Wine!

PieTisserie offers unique takes on classic dessert pies, made with whole, fresh and frequently local, organic ingredients.

PieTisserie began when San Francisco native Jaynelle St. Jean staged a window of her mother’s home as a country window with pies set out to cool. Compelled to create her own small town in the city, she gave away slices of pie to passersby willing to eat with neighbors. Jaynelle created PieTisserie, making it her mission to fill the need for unique and delectable pies, and to remind people of the importance of pleasant surprises close to home via her Random Acts of Sweetness.
